Those changes followed the Federal Reserve’s quarter-point rate increase, which initially threatened risk assets but did not trigger the sustained sell-off many traders feared. Bitcoin’s ability to absorb tighter monetary policy, stronger yields and the CLARITY Act setback has become part of the bullish narrative this week. At the same time, 30-day implied volatility fell to 36%, its lowest area since May, as major policy events passed.
