Important Notes: After changing Google Authenticator, withdrawals and P2P trading will be disabled for 24 hours to protect your assets. The restrictions will lift automatically after this period.

FAQs

1. What if my new authenticator app doesn't generate valid codes?

Google Authenticator codes refresh every 30 seconds. Make sure you enter the latest 6-digit code before it expires. If the code doesn't work, try using the next refreshed code.

2. What happens to my account security if I change Google Authenticator?

Changing Google Authenticator does not impact your account security as long as the new authenticator is properly set up and verified.

3. Will there be any restrictions after changing Google Authenticator?

Yes. To protect your assets, certain account functions like withdrawals and P2P trading will be temporarily disabled for 24 hours. Restrictions lift automatically afterward.

4. Can I complete the process without the Google Authenticator app?

No. You need the Google Authenticator app to scan the QR code and generate the 6-digit verification code.
