What is the Bitget P2P Trust Merchant Program?

Current Program Benefits

1. Trust Merchant Tag Approved merchants may receive a Trust Merchant Tag to help users easily identify them as selected and verified Trust Merchants.
2. Featured Placement on Bitget P2P Sell-Side Page Approved Trust Merchants may receive featured placement at the top of the eligible Bitget P2P sell-side page, subject to platform rules, availability, merchant performance, and ongoing review.
3. Access to Future Program Improvements Bitget may continue to improve the Trust Merchant Program over time by introducing additional benefits, visibility opportunities, product support, or other merchant growth initiatives for qualified participants.

Available Slots

Criteria Required to Join the Bitget P2P Trust Merchant Program

1. The applicant must be a verified Bitget P2P merchant.
2. The applicant must qualify for Master Merchant Badge status.
3. The applicant must have a strong transaction history, good completion rate, reliable response behavior, and clean platform records.
4. The applicant must have no serious or repeated violations of Bitget P2P Merchant Guidelines, Bitget P2P Platform Transaction Rules, or any other relevant platform conditions.
5. The applicant must have no serious violation or repeated violations of the Bitget P2P Merchant Guidelines, and Bitget P2P Platform Transaction Rules, or any other relevant platform conditions.
6. The applicant’s account must pass Bitget’s risk control review and merchant management assessment.
7. The applicant must not have engaged in any behavior that may damage Bitget’s brand reputation or the integrity of the P2P marketplace.
8. The applicant must agree to comply with the Trust Merchant Program rules, Bitget P2P rules, platform transaction rules, and any additional regional conditions that may apply.
9. The applicant must meet any other compliance, risk, or operational conditions that Bitget considers necessary.

Automation and User Experience Requirement

Application Process

• Read and accept the Trust Merchant Program terms.
• Review and sign the required indemnity/declaration.
• Provide Merchant UID.
• Provide registered email address.
• Provide WhatsApp number.
• Confirm current merchant badge status.
• Confirm readiness to meet the Master Merchant Badge requirement.
• Provide any other information required for review.

Please Note

• The Trust Merchant Program will initially focus on selected markets, starting with the NGN market.
• The first phase is limited to 10 merchant slots only.
• Applications will be treated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to eligibility review and final approval.
• Filling out the application form does not guarantee acceptance into the Trust Merchant Program.
• Approved merchants may be added to a dedicated Trust Merchant communication group for important updates and coordination.
• Bitget, at its sole discretion, may evaluate, approve, reject, suspend, or remove merchants from the Trust Merchant Program based on risk, compliance, operational performance, user experience, and platform requirements.
• Bitget reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, cancel, or update this program at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
