Ready Card just DEACTIVATED spending for users outside Europe.
With almost NO warning (less than 1 hour), cards across India, UAE, Asia, and North America stopped working.
Before you panic:
✅ Funds are SAFE
✅ Your $USDC remains in your self-custody Starknet wallet
❌ Only the card spending feature was shut down
The reason?
A change from Kulipa, the regulated issuer connecting Ready Card to Mastercard.
EEA users remain unaffected... for now.
Ready says anyone who paid card fees or shipping in the last 12 months will receive an automatic refund within 10 business days.
Big lesson:
Self-custody protects your crypto.
It does NOT protect the payment rails connected to it.
If you have unpaid STRK cashback, withdraw it NOW.

STON.fi GOES CROSS-CHAIN — TON x EVM SWAPS NOW LIVE
A major upgrade just landed in the STON.fi dApp.
Cross-chain swaps between TON and leading EVM ecosystems are now officially live, unlocking a new phase of multichain DeFi execution.
This is a key step toward a frictionless crypto experience where users move assets without thinking about chain boundaries.
WHAT’S NEW
Users can now swap assets directly across:
• TON
• Ethereum
• Base
• BNB Chain
• Polygon
All inside a single interface, without external bridges or multiple tools.
SUPPORTED TOKENS AT LAUNCH
• USDT on TON
• USDT & USDC on Base
• USDT & USDC on Ethereum
• USDT & USDC on BNB Chain
• USDC & PUSD on Polygon
EXAMPLE FLOW
• USDC on Base → USDT on Ethereum
Executed directly inside STON.fi with no manual bridging steps.
KEY LIMITATION (LAUNCH PHASE)
• Maximum swap size: $1,000 per transaction
WHY THIS MATTERS
Cross-chain DeFi has historically been fragmented:
multiple bridges, separate interfaces, execution risk, and poor UX.
This release consolidates execution into a single flow powered by Omniston — the protocol handling routing, execution, and settlement under the hood.
Omniston ensures:
• Execution reliability
• Quote accuracy (user receives exact displayed amount or swap reverts)
• Seamless cross-chain settlement
This transforms cross-chain activity from a multi-step process into a single interaction.
THE BIGGER PICTURE
What began as TON-native liquidity infrastructure is now expanding into a multichain execution layer.
STON.fi is positioning itself beyond a DEX — toward unified liquidity and execution across ecosystems.
More chains, tokens, and flows are already on the roadmap.
The multichain era is no longer theoretical.
It’s live.
#TON #DeFi #STONfi

i've been watching STONfi build on TON for a while now. liquidity aggregation, concentrated pools, Omniston routing, each piece felt like it was pointing somewhere bigger. now i think i see where.
cross-chain swaps between TON and EVM networks just went live inside the STONfi dApp. not through a separate bridge. not a third-party interface bolted on.
directly inside the app, TON, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, and Polygon, swappable in any chain-to-chain combination.
at launch you can swap supported stablecoins across those chains. USDC on Base to USDT on Ethereum, for example. the transaction cap sits at $1,000 per swap for now, which is a reasonable guardrail for a first rollout.
what makes this worth paying attention to is Omniston. it's the execution layer running under the hood. what started as a liquidity aggregation protocol for TON is now routing cross-chain swaps.
and there's one detail i actually respect, if you don't receive the exact amount shown in the UI, the swap doesn't go through and your funds return in full. no slippage surprises.
that's not standard across DeFi. most protocols show you an estimate and you accept the variance. STONfi is making a firmer commitment here.
more chains and tokens are coming. but this first milestone already changes what TON-native users can do without leaving the ecosystem.
