Previously, both chambers had passed different versions of the bill. According to disclosed information, the bill aims to protect several related “rights,” including the use of cryptocurrencies for payments, running nodes, and conducting mining activities.

The total net inflow of U.S. HYPE spot ETFs in a single day was $20.4512 million.
According to data from SoSoValue, as reported by Odaily, on May 26 (Eastern Time), HYPE spot ETFs recorded a total single-day net inflow of 20.4512 million USD. The HYPE spot ETF with the largest single-day net inflow yesterday was Bitwise Hyperliquid ETF (BHYP), with a net inflow of 19.0458 million USD, bringing its current historical total net inflow to 55.0025 million USD. Next was 21Shares Hyperliquid ETF (THYP), with a single-day net inflow of 1.4054 million USD, and a current historical total net inflow of 44.0047 million USD. As of press time, the total net asset value of HYPE spot ETFs is 117 million USD, the HYPE net asset ratio is 0.88%, and the historical cumulative net inflow has reached 95.3601 million USD.
