As an emerging operator of LNG export facilities in the United States, Venture Global has further strengthened its financial foundation through this financing, providing robust funding support for subsequent project advancements.The Calcasieu Pass project, Venture Global's first large-scale LNG export facility, is designed with an annual production capacity of 10 million tons. The project employs a modular construction model, which not only significantly shortens the construction period but also sets a new industry benchmark in terms of energy efficiency and environmental standards. Following the completion of this financing, the project is expected to achieve commercial operation as planned, injecting new supply momentum into the global energy market.

This share buyback authorization has significantly enhanced the company's capital return capability, while the dividend policy continues its commitment to delivering sustained value to shareholders.
