Foresight News reports that the Cardano ecosystem governance organization Intersect has released the Cardano Critical Integrations V2 proposal. This proposal was jointly submitted by the Cardano Foundation, Input Output Group, EMURGO, and Midnight Foundation through the Pentad structure, with Intersect serving as the administrator (without voting rights). The proposal has now entered the community voting stage.
