He also noted that these markets bring measurable value to the public by enhancing the reliability of information about current events. He emphasized that the CFTC is committed to establishing a "gold standard" regulatory framework for prediction markets, aiming to foster industry development in a transparent and compliant environment.

Instead, interest rate sensitivity and daily volatility will become the primary indicators for measuring position size. Interest rate sensitivity refers to how much the profit and loss of a position changes in USD (or BTC, ETH, depending on the collateral denomination) for each 1% change in implied APR.This update by Boros adopts the DV01 perspective commonly used in traditional finance for interest rate swaps and applies it to on-chain funding rate swap scenarios, making it more relevant to Boros' practical trading environment. All existing positions and orders are unaffected; only the display method will change.
