Estonia issues a warning to Zondacrypto for alleged violation of MiCA token disclosure requirements
Foresight News reports, according to FinanceFeeds, that the Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority has issued an investor warning to BB Trade Estonia OÜ, the operator of the Polish crypto exchange Zondacrypto, stating that the platform failed to publicly disclose a whitepaper when launching the TeamPL token, violating Article 9(1) of the EU MiCA's ongoing disclosure requirements. The fine has not yet been announced. The warning was issued as Zondacrypto is currently under investigation in Poland regarding user withdrawal issues and a dispute over access to a cold wallet containing approximately 4,500 BTC.
