According to Twitter user BitcoinEmber Monitoring, a whale/agency has purchased 1.2 million DYDX and 3 million BLUR from Amber, Dragonfly in an OTC transaction.
The whale/institution transferred 1.77M USDC to Amber and received 2.5M BLUR from Amber address since 3/7. transferred 3.38M USDC to Dragonfly and received 1.2M DYDX and 0.5M BLUR from Dragonfly address.
