XRP Lawyer Accuses SBF’s Father Joseph Bankman of Fraud
According to CoinGape, on November 3rd, XRP lawyer John Deaton stated that SBF's father Joseph Bankman is also suspected of fraud. Deaton stated that Joseph Bankman had previously demanded a high salary from SBF. In September 2023, FTX led by John J. Ray III filed a lawsuit against SBF's parents Joseph Bankman and Barbara Fried, accusing them of millions of dollars in fraudulent transfers and misappropriation of funds.
