Safe: ERC-4337 An issue discovered with Canonical module v0.1.0, teams using the module are urged to disable it

The infrastructure of the intelligent wallet, Safe (formerly Gnosis Safe), stated on social media that a problem was found in the Safe ERC-4337 Canonical module v0.1.0 and urged teams using the v0.1.0 module to disable it until v0.2.0 is audited. The audit of v0.2.0 is scheduled to be completed next week.
