Two addresses marked as "Chainlink: Noncirculating Supply" transferred 11.25 million LINK tokens

According to Twitter user Yu Jin, the address marked as "Chainlink: Noncirculating Supply 15" transferred 10.5 million LINK tokens 4 hours ago, of which 7.45 million were transferred to a centralized exchange (CEX). At the same time, the address marked as "Chainlink: Noncirculating Supply 4" transferred 750 thousand LINK tokens, and all of these subsequently were transferred to CEX.
