An error occurred in the Friend.tech user interface, causing traders to pay excessive fees for "keys"
Security researchers Pawel Wylecial and "E.Laszlo" have released a report detailing an error in the implementation of the Friend.tech user interface, which resulted in traders paying excessive fees for "keys" on the Friend.tech application. The error is described as being caused by the user interface caching information before creating transactions, which becomes out of sync with the blockchain during the transaction. This is typically caused by another user transacting "keys" for the same account.
