According to news on May 25, the Snapshot page shows that the Aave community has voted to adopt the ARFC proposal of “Introducing tBTC to the Aave V3 protocol on Ethereum”. It is reported that tBTC is a digital asset based on Threshold Network and linked one-to-one with Bitcoin. Through the tBTC bridge, Bitcoin holders can participate in Ethereum's DeFi applications. This will provide Aave users with the only wrapped Bitcoin for a fully decentralized and permissionless lending and borrowing experience.
