Blast ecosystem Meme project Pacmoon announced on social media that V2 version will be launched tomorrow. This version will introduce Social Validator function, and users need to hold more than 10,000 PAC or wPAC to become Social Validator.In addition, Pacmoon will also launch a referral program.
