On June 3rd, Smart Layer, a programmable service network, announced that SmartCat holders can now mint Seven Dragons NFTs. The minting portal is currently open and will close in 9 days. Additionally, if users successfully stake assets on the Smart Layer Launchpad, each wallet can mint up to 2 NFTs.
