VanEck Executive: US SEC Chairman Gary Gensler is likely to be fired
Matt Sigel, the director of digital asset research at VanEck, stated that Gary Gensler, the chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, is likely to be fired. If Trump is elected, Gary Gensler may leave; if Biden is re-elected, he might be appointed as Secretary of Treasury. When asked whether Gary Gensler has done anything right in terms of cryptocurrency regulation, Matt Sigel firmly answered "No".
