The suspected Ethereum Foundation address exchanged 100 ETH for about 344,000 DAI

Arkham monitoring shows that the suspected Ethereum Foundation address (0xd7...c1f4) sold 100 ETH for 343,934 DAI through Cow Protocol at 16:48 today. Afterwards, they transferred 200,000 DAI to another Ethereum Foundation address (starting with 0x50) and transferred 143,934 DAI to Gnosis Safe Proxy.
