Starknet: Starknet v0.13.2 proposed to delay deployment by two days

Starknet announced on Platform X that in order to give RPC providers more time to upgrade, Starknet v0.13.2 is proposed to be delayed by 2 days, with the test network deployment delayed from August 5th to August 7th, and the main network delayed from August 26th to August 28th.
