Arkham Intelligence, a blockchain data firm backed by prominent investors including OpenAI founder Sam Altman, plans to launch a crypto derivatives exchange next month, according to a person familiar with the venture.
The startup is moving its operations from London and New York to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, where the company and its new location will be located, said the person, who asked not to be identified because the plans have not yet been made public.
Arkham (ARKM) price rose after the news.
