The three major U.S. stock indices closed mixed, with the Nasdaq down 0.23%, the S&P 500 up 0.11%, and the Dow up 0.52%. Most of the large technology stocks fell, Tesla, Nvidia, Nifty fell more than 1%. meta fell more than 2%, the company plans to lay off 5% of low-performing employees.
