Golden Finance reports that Satoshi Action Fund (SAF) co-founder and CEO Dennis Porter posted on social media, stating that he met with U.S. lawmakers to discuss the proposal of establishing a "strategic Bitcoin reserve", and expressed that "now is the right time".
