According to Forbes reporter Eleanor Terrett, Caroline Pham, Acting Chair of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), told me at the Medici Network Conference that the CFTC plans to participate as an observer in some industry tokenization pilot projects. This will allow the agency to experience firsthand how tokenized assets operate in the real world and to gain experience with the relevant technology.
