Analysis: Bitcoin Finds Technical Support Near $101,000, but Geopolitical News Will Drive Short-Term Price Movements
Odaily Planet Daily reported that today, Bitcoin fell by about 3% to below $103,000, while smaller cryptocurrencies experienced even steeper declines. ETH once dropped by approximately 6.9%. “Cryptocurrencies reacted negatively to news of Israel’s attack on Iran, in line with major risk assets,” said Caroline Mullen, co-founder of crypto derivatives liquidity provider Orbit Markets. “We expect to see technical support around $101,000, but geopolitical news will drive price movements in the short term.”
