Empery Digital Secures $25 Million in Credit Financing, Now Holds Approximately 4,052 Bitcoins
According to Jinse Finance, Nasdaq-listed company Empery Digital has announced that it has secured $25 million in credit financing, which is intended for stock buybacks. In addition, the company also revealed that it has acquired an additional 25.20 bitcoins at a total purchase price of $3 million. Currently, its bitcoin holdings have reached 4,051.90 BTC, with a total acquisition cost of approximately $476 million, averaging $117,554 per bitcoin.
