BlockBeats News, on September 22, Japanese listed company Metaplanet increased its holdings by 5,419 bitcoins, spending $632 million, bringing its total holdings to 25,555 bitcoins.
On September 17, Metaplanet announced plans to invest $1.25 billion to increase its bitcoin holdings by October, and to invest $139 million in its bitcoin yield-generating division.
