Perp DEX trading volume slowed in November, with Lighter, Hyperliquid, and Aster accounting for nearly 70%
According to ChainCatcher, citing BitcoinNews, decentralized perpetual exchanges (perp DEXes) reached a trading volume of $1.2 trillion in October. In November, trading volume slowed to $1.13 trillion, a decrease of 5.83% ($70 billion), but still 71.7% higher than in September.
Specifically, Defillama data shows that in November, Lighter captured the largest market share with $284 billion, accounting for 25.13% of the total; over $240 billion flowed through Hyperliquid, while Aster's trading volume reached $258 billion. Together, the latter two accounted for 44.07% of the total trading volume.
