Ads3 completes strategic investment from Waterdrip Capital at a $60 million valuation, aiming to reshape the Web3 advertising ecosystem
According to official news, the Web3 intelligent advertising platform Ads3 has announced the completion of a new round of strategic financing from Waterdrip Capital, with its current valuation reaching 60 millions USD. This round of financing will strongly drive Ads3’s global expansion strategy and empower innovation and large-scale development of the decentralized advertising ecosystem. This investment is an additional increase based on Ads3’s previous financing. Previously, Ads3 has received support from several well-known industry institutions such as Web3 Labs, AB Foundation, and Footprint Analytics. The intelligent advertising system integrates on-chain and off-chain data to automatically match user tags, enabling precise cross-ecosystem ad placement. In terms of growth strategy, Ads3 has established exclusive partnerships with several mainstream mobile phone manufacturers, deeply integrating into native mobile device advertising networks, and directly reaching large numbers of real users in key emerging markets such as Western Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. This infrastructure-level layout allows Web2 users to seamlessly enter the Web3 ecosystem, and also helps advertisers maximize their advertising ROI under the premise of compliance and efficiency through data-driven billing models such as OCPC and OCPM.
