Sony Innovation Fund invests an additional $13 million in blockchain solutions provider Startale Group
According to Odaily, Startale Group has announced the completion of the first tranche of its $13 million Series A financing round, with additional investment from Sony Innovation Fund, a subsidiary of Sony. The project's main business is building on-chain infrastructure based on the Soneium ecosystem, with products including the Startale App, which integrates wallet and asset management functions, as well as the stablecoin Startale USD (USDSC). Startale Group is currently jointly operating the Ethereum Layer 2 network Soneium with Sony Group, and also operates Astar Network. The funds from this round will be used to advance the development of on-chain infrastructure that combines AI with entertainment and IP.
