Base ecosystem Flow Protocol completes Agent-exclusive auction, raising over $100,000 in 9 minutes
BlockBeats news, on February 27, Flow Protocol launched its first Agent-driven token auction in the early hours today, attracting over $100,000 in bidding funds within just 9 minutes, and ultimately accepting bids totaling approximately $79,732.
The auction was built on the Uniswap CCA (Continuous Clearing Auction) architecture, specifically designed for AI Agents, allowing only AI Agents to participate in bidding, price discovery, and token issuance. After the auction ended, the raised funds were automatically paired with FLOWS and injected into the Uniswap V4 liquidity pool, using the auction's "clearing price" as the starting price. FLOW became immediately tradable, making it the first "Agentic Capital Markets" sample project on Base.
This mechanism upgrades the traditional Launchpad to be AI-native, allowing humans to enable Agents to participate automatically by building "skills," thus achieving decentralized and anti-sniping price discovery.
