On March 18, QatarEnergy, the nation's leading oil company, announced that the Ras Laffan Industrial City suffered major damage following missile strikes. This incident occurred soon after the Ministry of Interior reported a blaze in the area, attributed to an attack by Iran.
According to QatarEnergy, emergency crews responded swiftly to tackle the fires that broke out as a result of the assault. Fortunately, there were no injuries, and all staff members were confirmed safe.
Qatar strongly denounced the attack, describing it as a serious threat to the country's security. Meanwhile, Iran has maintained its stance on the situation.
