Storage giant Kioxia issues production suspension notice involving TSOP packaged products

Glonhui March 20｜Storage giant Kioxia has issued a production suspension notice, involving TSOP packaged products. According to the notice, the affected TSOP products include capacities of 1Gb, 2Gb, 4Gb, 8Gb, 16Gb, 32Gb, and 64Gb. The suspension involves some SLC (Single-Level Cell) and MLC (Multi-Level or Double-Level Cell) storage products. Kioxia's suspension notice also mentioned the timeline for discontinuation. According to the notice, the deadline for the last order of TSOP (Thin Small Outline Package) products is September 15, 2026, and the deadline for the last shipment is March 15, 2027.
