All three major U.S. stock indices rose more than 1%; Oracle and Tesla gained over 3%, and the China Concept Index increased by 0.86%.

All three major US stock indexes closed higher; the Dow Jones Index rose 1.38%, the Nasdaq Composite Index rose 1.38%, and the S&P 500 Index rose 1.15%, marking the largest single-day increase since February 6th. All 11 sectors gained, with consumer discretionary, materials, and technology sectors leading the rise. Technology stocks rose broadly: Broadcom gained over 4%, Oracle and Tesla rose more than 3%, Amazon rose over 2%, NVIDIA, Meta, Netflix, and Apple rose more than 1%. Memory concept stocks declined, with Micron Technology falling more than 4%, Seagate and SanDisk both dropping over 1%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index closed up 0.86%. Among popular Chinese concept stocks, WeRide closed up 9.2%, Xpeng and NIO each rose 7.1%, BYD and Alibaba both gained over 3%, Li Auto rose 2.5%, Tencent, Xiaomi, and JD.com each rose up to 1.7%, while Canadian Solar fell 7.7%.
