Constituent stocks saw Sarepta Therapeutics close up by 34.98%, Summit Therapeutics Plc. increased by 15.53%, Enliven Therapeutics rose by 14.06%, Upstream Bio gained 12.07%, Taysha Gene was up 10.90%, Gossamer Bio rose by 10.61%, and Oruka Therapeutics increased by 9.80%. In contrast, Aardvark Therapeutics closed down 6.10%, ADMA Biologics fell by 15.23%, Anavex Life Sciences dropped 34.61%, and Maze Therapeutics fell 35.24%.
