In the past 7 days, the circulating supply of USDC decreased by approximately 1.1 billions.
PANews reported on March 29 that, according to official data, in the 7 days ending March 26, Circle issued approximately 3.8 billion USDC and redeemed about 4.9 billion USDC, resulting in a decrease in circulation of around 1.1 billion USDC. The total USDC in circulation is 78 billion, with reserve assets of about $78.2 billion, including roughly $44.1 billion in overnight reverse repurchase of U.S. Treasuries; about $22.4 billion in U.S. Treasury bonds with maturities of less than 3 months; deposits at systemically important institutions amounting to approximately $11.1 billion; and about $600 million in deposits at other banks.
