Foresight News reports, according to CoinDesk, that U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chairman Paul Atkins has announced the termination of "regulation by enforcement" and stated that the seven crypto registration-related cases brought by the previous administration amounted to a "misallocation of resources" and did not bring direct benefits to investors.
