First Ships Sail through Strait of Hormuz after US-Iran Ceasefire
BlockBeats News, April 8th, MarineTraffic, a ship tracking website, recorded the first batch of ship activities passing through the Strait of Hormuz after the US-Iran cease-fire agreement. It is reported that the Greek bulk carrier "NJ Earth" passed through the strait at 08:44 GMT, and the vessel "Daytona Beach" flying the Liberian flag passed through at 06:59 GMT. Prior to this, the vessel had departed from the port of Abadan at 05:28 GMT.
According to MarineTraffic data, there are still hundreds of vessels in the area, including 426 oil tankers, 34 liquefied petroleum gas carriers, and 19 liquefied natural gas carriers. (CCTV News)
