Guotou Silver LOF: Premium Risk Warning for Class A Fund Shares and Trading Suspension on April 14

The GTJA Allianz Silver Futures Securities Investment Fund (LOF) issued an announcement stating that its A-class fund units are trading at significantly higher prices in the secondary market compared to the fund’s net asset value, resulting in a large premium. Investors are reminded to pay attention to premium risk. The fund will be suspended from trading from market open until 10:30 (UTC+8) on April 14, 2026, and will resume trading at 10:30 (UTC+8). Redemptions will proceed as usual during the suspension period. If the premium does not effectively decrease on that day, the fund reserves the right to take further suspension measures. In addition, subscriptions for this fund have been suspended since January 28, 2026, with the resumption time to be announced separately.
