United Airlines (UAL) and the flight attendants’ union AFA-CWA have reached a tentative labor agreement.

The agreement will be submitted to union members for a vote starting April 23, with the voting period lasting until May 12. The outcome of this vote will determine whether the agreement, which concerns the rights and interests of tens of thousands of flight attendants, will ultimately take effect. Formed after months of negotiations between labor and management, the agreement covers key terms such as salary, working conditions, and benefits.
