U.S. stocks closed mixed, with Intel rising over 23%

Intel (INTC.O) closed up 23.6%, leading the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index components. Arm (ARM.O) rose 14.76%, AMD (AMD.O) rose 13.91%. Newly listed stock X-Energy (XE.O) closed up 26.96% on its first trading day. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index rose 1.59%.
