Applied Digital secures $300 million bridge financing led by Goldman Sachs for AI data center construction
ChainCatcher reported that Bitcoin mining hosting and cloud services company Applied Digital announced it has secured $300 million in senior secured bridge financing led by Goldman Sachs to advance its AI data center project. This financing is collateralized by project assets, may be repaid early at any time without penalty, and the company will seek additional long-term funding in the future to support the development and construction of its AI data center.
