The Nasdaq 100 index preliminarily closed down 0.2%. Among its constituent stocks, ODFL preliminarily closed down 6.8%, AMD fell 5.3%, Qualcomm dropped 4.8%, Charter Communications and Arm Holdings fell 3.8% each, while Insmed rose 4.9%, SanDisk gained 5.3%, and Micron Technology was up 6.5%. Home Depot fell 3.4%, Boeing dropped 2.7%, and Nike fell 2.5%, leading the declines among Dow Jones index constituents, while Chevron and Salesforce each rose 0.9%, and Amazon gained 1.3%.
