According to the latest filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Two Harbors Investment Corp (stock code: TWO) has revised the termination fee provisions in its merger agreement.

The originally agreed termination fee of $50 million has been increased to $51 million, an increment of $1 million.
