Report: Apollo and Blackstone consider providing 35 billion dollars in financing for Broadcom

This round of financing will become one of the largest private credit deals in history and will help Broadcom fund its AI development, including long-term agreements to develop and supply customized Tensor Processing Units (TPUs) for Google. If the financing deal is completed, it will further cement the private credit industry's role as a key engine meeting the massive infrastructure demand for AI; Broadcom expects its AI chip sales to exceed $100 billion next year.
