The public documents mainly concern records of unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) sightings and investigations, and do not officially confirm the existence of alien life or alien technology. The All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) has previously denied claims by some whistleblowers that the government secretly possesses alien technology, including related testimony from David Grusch in 2023.
