Report: India rejects sanctioned Russian LNG, negotiations on licensing cargoes continue

India's hesitation has resulted in an LNG cargo from the US-sanctioned Russian Portovaya Baltic factory being unable to unload, even though the vessel was marked for India as its destination in mid-April. Although related documents suggest the cargo did not originate from Russia, the vessel's movements were still tracked. (Reuters)
