According to ChainCatcher, as reported by The Defiant, BlackRock has filed for a new tokenized fund with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and has once again chosen Securitize to provide infrastructure support. Previously, BlackRock and Securitize jointly launched their first tokenized fund, BUIDL, in 2024, which was successfully issued and currently has assets totaling about 2.3 billion USD.
