China Telecom announces candidates for the 17.44 billions yuan Token Factory procurement package, with HiSun Technology leading with an 18% share

Public tender documents show that the overall estimated scale of the 2026 “Token Factory” Generation Capacity Service Centralized Procurement Project is 16.451 billion yuan, excluding tax; the scale including tax is 17.438 billion yuan. The project is divided into 11 packages, and bidders are allowed to win up to 11 packages at the same time. The estimated scale announced this time for Package One is 1.45 billion yuan, excluding tax; with tax included, it is 1.537 billion yuan. As of now, only the winning candidates for Package One were announced on May 10, while the results for the other packages have yet to be published.
