Keone Hon: Monad mainnet releases version v0.14.3

According to Monad co-founder Keone Hon, Monad mainnet has released version v0.14.3, which for the first time requires nodes to use authenticated UDP protocol in RaptorCast to reduce the overhead of consensus message verification. The update also optimizes the full node reputation scoring mechanism and makes some preliminary preparations for deterministic RaptorCast.
